Finances: bank, bookmakers and your bankroll's money
How much of your bankroll is in the bank (outside the bookmakers) and how much is at each bookmaker. Top-ups, payouts, deposits and withdrawals.
Finances answers two questions: how much of my bankroll is in the bank (outside the bookmakers) and how much is at each bookmaker. The two added together are your total bankroll. Like the dashboard, it follows the bankroll selected at the top: if you split bankrolls by tipster or keep one for casino, you see each one's money separately. The All bankrolls button shows the consolidated view.

How money moves
When you create a bankroll with an initial deposit of R$ 10,000, its bank starts with R$ 10,000. Every movement has a source and a destination:
Type From → to Changes the total bankroll? Top-up Outside the bankroll → Bank (new money) Yes, it goes up Deposit Bank → Bookmaker No, it just moves Withdrawal Bookmaker → Bank No, it just moves Payout Bank → Outside the bankroll (profit or capital leaving) Yes, it goes down Deposited R$ 1,000 at bookmaker X? The bank is left with R$ 9,000, the bookmaker has R$ 1,000 and the bankroll is still R$ 10,000. Won R$ 500? The bankroll goes to R$ 10,500. Withdrew and took out the R$ 500 profit? It's back to R$ 10,000.
Tip
A payout comes from the bank. If the profit is still at a bookmaker, pick that bookmaker under Coming from and the system records the withdrawal and the payout in one go.

Record a transaction
Tap New transaction (at the top), or the shortcuts on the Bank card and on the bookmaker cards, and choose the type:
Type in two groups, the from → to line, bookmaker and account (for deposits and withdrawals), amount, date, note and bankroll. - Deposit and Withdrawal ask for the Bookmaker and, if you have more than one account there, the Account.
- Top-up and Payout have no bookmaker: they belong to the bank.
- The transaction goes to the selected bankroll; use change to record it in a different one.
- Optional Notes (welcome bonus, September profit) that you can search for later.
On Telegram it's even faster:
/saque bet365 250(withdrawal) or/deposito betano 100 bônus(deposit). Type the commands exactly like that. The bot confirms and lets you undo.🦈Shark Track

Reading the numbers
Number Meaning Total bankroll In the bank + at the bookmakers. Everything that's yours in the bankroll today. In the bank Starting capital + top-ups − payouts − deposits + withdrawals. What isn't at any bookmaker. In bookmakers Deposits − withdrawals + bet results − open bets, across all bookmakers. Capital in bankroll Starting capital + top-ups − payouts: how much you've put in and is still there, not counting results. Projected Total bankroll + the amount of bets still open: what you'd have if everything pending came back. Deposited / Withdrawn / Topped up in period / Paid out in period Totals for the period, with the number of transactions. Result Profit or loss from bets settled in the period. Open Stake of pending bets. Tip
Balances are today's position and don't depend on the Period filter; the period only slices the flows (deposited, withdrawn, result). A bookmaker with more than one account shows a By account section on its card.
Negative bank? This happens if you already had deposits recorded before the bank existed: those deposits came from a top-up that was never logged. Tap Adjust balance, enter how much you have in the bank today and the difference becomes a top-up.

The three tabs
- Bookmakers: the Bank card on top and one card (or table row) per bookmaker, with search and sorting by balance, bets or result.
- Transactions: full history with All / Deposits / Withdrawals / Top-ups / Payouts chips, note search, edit and delete.
- Accounts: your accounts per bookmaker (multi-account).
Frequently asked questions
›Are the dashboard's Bankroll Balance and the Total bankroll in Finances the same thing?
Yes, when the dashboard period covers everything: both are capital in bankroll (starting capital + top-ups − payouts) + net result of your bets. Finances just breaks that number down into bank and bookmakers.
›I have one bankroll per tipster and another for casino. Is there a single bank?
No, each bankroll has its own bank. Deposit and withdraw with the right bankroll selected at the top (or change it in the form itself). Under All bankrolls you see the consolidated view.
