The extension didn't capture? What to do
Panel messages, the Capture now button, new versions and how to send a diagnostic to support.

First, the basics
- Check the green dot in the panel. Gray? Sign out and back in.
- Open one of the bookmaker's betting screens (receipt, my bets, history) and tap Capture now.
- Reload the bookmaker's tab (F5). After an extension update, the old page can no longer talk to it.
- See if there's a yellow New version available notice at the top of the panel and update from the store.

What each message means
Message Meaning and fix No bets found on screen The open screen has no bet card. Open the history or the bet list and try again. The extension isn't active on this page The bookmaker isn't on the supported list, or the tab needs to be reloaded. Session expired Sign in again from the extension icon. Inactive subscription or plan limit reached Renew your plan or wait for the daily reset. The bet stays pending. Free plan daily bet limit reached Your 10 bets for the day are used up. The bet waits in the panel. Too many bets in a short time Just wait; the bet is pending and you can save it right after. This bet has already been recorded Not an error: the bet was already in your spreadsheet. - 3
Send a diagnostic to support
After a capture (even an unsuccessful one), the Send diagnostic to support button appears in the panel. It sends the screen crop and the reading result, with no personal data. It stays available for 15 minutes after the capture.
- Reproduce the problem at the bookmaker (open the screen and tap Capture now).
- Open the panel and tap Send diagnostic to support. Sent appears along with a ticket number.
- Send the ticket number and the bookmaker's name to support via Telegram.
Done
A bookmaker that changed its layout is usually fixed within a few days. You don't need to reinstall anything: the fix arrives through the store.

Bets that disappeared from the panel
Remove on the card and Undo in the notice don't delete anything from the extension: the bet goes to a discarded list and Capture now re-reads the screen and brings it back. Sign out deletes everything that's pending, so save first.
